Description

The Diana R. Garland School of Social Work prepares BSW, MSW, and PhD students to integrate faith and the spiritual dimension of life with professional social work practice, and to provide leadership in both public and religiously affiliated organizations around the world. The School is home to the Center for Church and Community Impact, as well as educational and research initiatives in Gerontology, Trauma, Human Diversity, Global Mission Leadership, and Congregational Social Work. Part-time faculty may be assigned to undergraduate, graduate, or PhD level courses.

Qualifications

MSW or equivalent degree from a CSWE-accredited program required. A minimum of two years post-master’s professional experience preferred, as well as enthusiasm for the mission of Baylor University and the Diana R. Garland School of Social Work, and an active Christian faith.

Social worker Licensure is also desired.
