Associate Attorney – Wellesley, MA (Remote/In-Office Hours)
Margolis Bloom & D'Agostino seeks an attorney for our Wellesley office. This is an excellent opportunity to learn about the field of elder law and estate planning for new attorneys. Duties include direct client management, drafting estate plans, managing MassHealth applications, contested and uncontested guardianship, conservatorship and probate matters, including attending court hearings. The ideal candidate for this job is a team player, resourceful, organized, and has great attention to detail. Billable Hour requirements are 1,400 hours.
