Lead Line Cook/Lead Broiler Cook, Fine Dining Job at Melt Restaurant
Top Cut, a 1940s metropolitan style steakhouse and Melt Restaurant are seeking experienced Lead Line Cooks and Lead Broiler Cooks.
Both of these well known locations are part of Paxos Restaurants which was voted a Top Workplace in the Lehigh Valley for the past 6 years.
Compensation commensurate with experience: $18/hr - $22/hr
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
- 1-year hot line experience in a fine dining restaurant
- Knowledge of pasta, grill and/or sauté stations is a plus
- Available to work weekends and holidays
- Proven leadership skills
- Able to lift objects up to 40 pounds frequently
- Able to stand and walk for long periods of time
