The Lead Generation Marketing Manager will be responsible for the management and execution of marketing strategies related to business development. Implementing tactics to fill the sales funnel is critical in this role. Inbound marketing experience with the ability to tie programs to lead and revenue generation is required. Hands on experience executing programs is a must. The Lead Generation Marketing Manager will work with cross-functional stakeholders to support strategies to drive organic growth/M&A activities.

Position Requirements

  • Deliver integrated marketing programs focused on lead generation that align with both short and long-term business goals to attract the attention of talent communities and hospitals/ASCs, nurture leads, and drive action across local markets
  • Partner with the Business Development team and regional leadership to drive B2B demand generation strategy and tactics with hospitals and ASCs
  • Understand market factors and sales funnel movement to create and execute programs that drive engagement and interaction
  • Demonstrate marketing automation knowledge. Specific experience with HubSpot a plus
  • Strong email marketing knowledge and execution experience required
  • Create proven results using digital marketing experience with Google AdWords, Facebook and LinkedIn ad campaigns and AI tools
  • Develop strategies for integrated marketing and communication campaigns to increase leads and conversion at all aspects of the sales funnel
  • Use a data-driven approach to monitor and assess channel effectiveness, provide ongoing deep-dive analysis of KPIs to optimize productivity and pipeline development, and drive ROI
  • Manage internal campaigns to enhance the effectiveness of the employee referral program to create brand ambassadors and increase candidate referrals
  • Collaborate with team members to create materials and content, including designed one sheeters, blogs, and videos, to educate target audiences on our services and employee value proposition across a variety of channels
  • Innovate in marketing; conceptualize and implement tactics that differentiate NAPA from its competitors

Desired Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing with a proven track record of driving growth in a lead generation role
  • Demonstrated ability to manage leads, funnels, nurture strategies, and drip marketing
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels · Advanced Microsoft Excel work experience combining and analyzing data from various sources, and generating reports and graphics
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate data and metrics associated with recruiting and marketing campaigns in order to determine ROI
  • Healthcare experience is a plus · Knowledge of marketing automation tools such as HubSpot
  • Detail-oriented individual with excellent communication, teamwork, and project management skills required
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Should plan to travel several days a month for meeting clinicians and BD clients · Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing required

Total Rewards

  • Salary: $75,000 -95,000 per year
