Lead Cashier (26) Job at Cain Petroleum
Essential Duties
1. Greets customers, answers questions and provides prompt, courteous service.
2. Responsible for all payment transactions with customers including cash payments, dispensing change,
and running credit card payments for customers while maintaining accurate cash drawer.
3. Must record opening and closing coin, lottery tickets, and print all reports for shift for books.
4. Activates pumps outside with credit cards and fills customer fuel tank with correct grade and amount of
fuel and providing receipts of sale.
Job Duties
Perform all closing duties including posting Veeder root, setting alarm and securing building (may not be
applicable at all stations).
Prepare hot food while maintaining all food safety standards.
Dispensing lottery tickets.
Verifies age of customer when purchasing alcohol, cigarettes or lottery.
Maintains and restocks supplies and store inventory.
Completes assigned cleaning responsibilities.
Reports any suspicious activity to direct supervisor and authorities, if needed.
Maintains punctual, regular and predictable attendance.
Works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation.
Respectfully takes direction from supervisor / district coordinator.
Maintains Chevron Customer First Standards.
Other duties as assigned.
