Job Summary
Perform routine manual labor involved in commercial and residential lawn maintenance. No supervisory duties are included in this position.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Operate push mowers, zero turn, string trimmers, leaf blowers, and edger
- When needed lay sod, remove debris and clean flower beds.
- Maintain fuel and fluids levels for all types of equipment on a daily basis
- Report equipment problems to the equipment manager immediately
- Return all equipment to the designated location at the maintenance facility; and clean the maintenance areas.
- Help in project work
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned or when necessary
Performance Standards
- Must comply with all rules, regulations and policies as stated in the Employee Handbook
- Must adhere to policies and procedures
- Must work cooperatively with co-workers and facilitate same
- Must be able to work well under pressure and meet all deadlines
- Must follow requests of supervisors without question unless in conflict with club policies or legal regulations
- Must present a neat appearance, possess a pleasant personality and wear professional attire
- Must be able to stand, stoop, bend, reach overhead, push, pull, and lift fifty pounds (50 lbs)

- Mowers
- leaf blowers
- String trimmers and edgers
- Miscellaneous hand tools, including loppers, hand clippers, plugger, rakes, and shovels
Working Conditions:
- Requires Outdoor work
- Normal schedule is:
- Monday-Friday 7am -5pm
