Central Bethany, an established and growing real estate development and property management company just north of the Beaverton/Hillsboro area, seeks a Landscape Assistant to join the facilities team! The successful candidate will act as an energetic and organized landscaper by planting, mowing and pruning as needed, as well as light maintenance/construction assistant by running errands and providing clean up services in all types of outdoor weather.

Pay $21.00 - $21.50.

Shift: Full Time

Main Responsibilities:

• Perform planting, composting, weeding, mowing and blowing of leaves and grass

• Pick up loose mail, trash, debris and dispose of it appropriately

• Trim and prune hedges as well as perform edging tasks

• Operate leaf blower, pressure washer, lawn mower, and other equipment as needed
