Lab Manager Responsibilities and Duties
Identify new equipment needs and report the same to management.
Maintain inventory control of laboratory equipment and tools.
Stay current with latest developments in lab techniques and technologies.
Provide assistance and conduct trainings to team members when needed.
Enforce company policies and safety regulations for operational efficiency

Ensure that lab procedures comply with high quality standards.
Assess potential risks and develop appropriate mitigation plans.
Develop research reports and present to management for review.
Develop and maintain lab procedures, experimental protocols and work instructions.
Review and recommend improvements to lab procedures.
