We are seeking energetic, skilled Aseptic Operators for openings in our facility in Penn Yan, NY.
Schedule: 12hour shift 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am with an every other weekend requirement.
Starting Pay: $16.50
Machine operators and prior liquids experience encouraged to apply! Responsibilities:
The principal function of an employee in this class is to run batches of food product from a variety of dry and liquid goods, with the ability to operate pumps, mixers, clean equipment, lift 50 plus pounds, keep records and follow directions.

Main functions:

Primary Objectives:
- Coordinate GSF Quality activities and operations to meet objectives for quality, food safety, regulatory compliances, cost, safety and customer satisfaction at KanPak.
- Participate in formulating and administering division’s short and long range goals and objectives for business growth
- Follow daily production schedule according to product needs
- Communicates with all supervisors regarding any quality or production issues
- Continuous training of processing operations and sanitation
- Understands variances in process and either directly corrects issues or recommends potential fixes to direct supervisor
- Understand the entire pouch or bag filling operation
- Provide support and work alongside any operation that may be short staffed or need help
- Maintaining of all equipment in the process
- Giving or providing support to direct reports
Employment Requirements:
- High School Graduate
- Six months to one year in food industry experience preferred
