Job Summary
The Warehouse team members are engaged to uphold the integrity of the Klim brand. The ideal candidate is a quick learner who can retain knowledge and are detail oriented. The candidate will Pick, Pack and Ship orders. They will receive and put away new product as it come in.
This role is Temporary and will be based on business needs working Monday - Friday, 8AM to 5PM. There is potential for this to become a permanent position depending on performance and business need.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Inspect arrivals against packing lists for quantity verification.
• Monitor and inspect inventory levels for accuracy.
• Alert appropriate departments of all arrivals and initiate proper placement of shipment.
• Manage bin locations.
• Fill orders by using a digital scanner and hand pick method.
• Work with shipping program to ship appropriate orders to customers.
• Accomplish all tasks as appropriately assigned or requested.
• Work with internal customers to complete special projects assigned.
• Be able to read and follow instructions
• Be able to do basic math
• Wear required PPE (Safety Glasses, Long pants and Steal toed shoes)
• Required to use a Safety knife. (provided)

Working Conditions

• Responsibilities sometimes require working evenings and weekends, sometimes with little advanced notice.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds without accommodations.
• Must be able to stand or walk most of all of the day.
• Work in a Warehouse Environment with forklifts, pallet jacks and rolling carts.
• Must be able to work in hot and cold environments.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a drug screen prior to start date.
