SUMMARY: Plans and designs kitchens and bathrooms for builder and homeowner clients. Manages entire kitchen and bathroom design process from site measurement to cabinet installation to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Present a friendly and accommodating atmosphere, helping our customers determine their needs and facilitate their request efficiently and accurately.
  • Present a professional appearance and abide by the guidelines outlined in the employee handbook.
  • Works with customers to understand needs and provides top-notch and timely customer service.
  • Takes accurate site measurements of kitchen and bathroom space.
  • Designs functional, comfortable kitchens and bathrooms using 20/20 software that meet code and customer requirements.
  • Creates accurate orders that lead to minimal to no errors or re-work needed on cabinets.
  • Manages kitchen and bathroom installation process to provide customers with seamless point of service.
  • Develops and manages leads by calling on existing Concord BDC customers who do not buy kitchens from us, cold calling other builders and following up with showroom leads.
  • Has strong organization and time-management skills.
  • Must have a good working knowledge of all product lines.

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
  • Employee must be able to spend a good portion of their day on their feet assisting customers in the showroom and must be able to measure kitchen and bathroom space in a variety of jobsite conditions.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: Employee will work mainly in the showroom/office environment but will be responsible for making house calls/jobsite visits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 per year
