Kitchen Assistant - assisted living facility Job at Valley Cares, Inc.

We have a full-time (6am-2pm) kitchen assistant position available. The assisted living is staffed 7 days/week, so every other weekend is required, as are some holidays. We are looking for positive team-oriented individuals who enjoy being with seniors and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities and Duties
Assist with food preparation, including light cooking, and meal service. Clean food preparation areas, equipment and dining room.
Qualifications and Skills
- No experience necessary! We will train the right candidate.
- Able to organize and utilize time appropriately to accomplish assigned tasks with minimal supervision
- Must be able to work in an environment that is, at times, fast-paced and/or demanding
- Must have reliable transportation
