We are looking for a Key Holder to be a part of the driving force behind a motivated team working in a fast-paced environment. What you’ll do:
  • Effectively maintain the on-site equipment and troubleshoot when needed.
  • Assist in overseeing the productivity, breaks, and safety of all employees.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve the business.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies and procedures.
  • Take responsibility when General Manager or Assistant General Manager is offsite.
  • Own all opening and closing responsibilities.
What you’ll need:

  • Flexibility in scheduling.
  • A high school diploma.
Physical Job Requirements:
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and seasons (heat of the summer, cold of the winter).
  • Be on your feet for extended periods of time/ the entire work shift.
  • Physically able to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach, and step to perform job duties.
  • Ability to carry, lift, push, pull, and move up to 25 pounds.
  • Alert and able to maneuver around moving vehicles and equipment.
  • Respond quickly to sounds.
  • Move safely over uneven terrain and in confined spaces.
  • See clearly and respond to dangerous situations.
  • Must have the ability to be mobile and engaged with all Modteam members and customers at the pay station, tunnel entrance, and vacuum lot.
