The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player, will handle all the resources and coordination from a technical standpoint. You must ensure control of the project.
Responsibilities
Work closely with Project Manager to assist in facilitation of project planning, prioritization, execution, delivery, and collaboration to bring projects to closure.
Facilitate and capture meeting minutes.
Works collaboratively within the technology team and cross-functional teams to track and follow up notes and various action items to resolution.
Report and escalate to management as needed.
Run the agile scrum meetings daily as a scrum master in an efficient way keeping track of all impediments and ensuring they are resolved in a timely fashion.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Control the entire project life cycle
Track progress and milestones
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or engineering.
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Familiar with Scrum methodologies
Experience:
1-2 years of project management experience assisting Project managers in managing IT Projects.
Knowledge of industry leading project management practices including understanding of Agile methodologies, values, and procedures.
Knowledge in Healthcare and/or PBM (preferred).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
