Responsible for the entire life cycle of a product, including acquisition, distribution, internal allocation, delivery, and final disposal of resources. Responsible for analyzing production, contracting and manufacturing details; drafting, reviewing, and analyzing Statements of Work, Performance Work Statements, Justification & Approval (J&A)s, Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRL)s, Independent Government Cost Estimate (IGCE)s, Acquisition Strategies, Acquisition Plans and Quality Assurance Surveillance Plans (QASPs); various methods of market research, conducting market research for non-developmental items.
Education/Experience
Bachelor's degree in Acquisitions/Logistics/Business Management with a minimum of 7 years specialized FMS experience; or
Bachelor's degree in any field with a minimum of 9 years of specialized FMS experience
HS/GED with 10 years of specialized FMS experience
