Junior Assistant Swim Coach Job at Westfield Area YMCA
The Westfield Area YMCA is a nonprofit human service organization dedicated to developing the full potential of every individual and family in the communities it serves through programs that build healthy spirit, mind and body for all.
We are looking for individuals who are motivated, responsible, and want to assist with coaching our competitive swim team. This position is heavily weighted on the human relations side. Must be able to establish and maintain harmonious relationships with other staff, YMCA members, parents and the general public.
- Ability to work with children of all ages
- Possess the capabilities and maturity to handle responsibilities involved in maintaining a safe pool.
- Deliver quality lessons at practice under the guidance of Assistant Coaches.
- Minimum of age 16

HOURS: Monday - Friday afternoons/evenings; Saturdays & Sundays - various shifts available.
