Hello!

We are looking for energetic, charismatic and personable "Sipistas", servers, Cashiers and juice prep team members that can serve Juice with a smile- and a welcoming conversation. You will be a part of the opening crew and help us build the Sip Fresh brand and following in our newest Glendale AZ location! You’ll be the face of our brand and will be responsible for our customers’ experiences from start to finish. Sipistas responsibilities include ensuring samples are given with a smile, and friendly recommendations are made to help each guest choose the perfect juice, fruit bowl, or smoothie for their liking. Sipistas will also keep the location clean and presentable at all times. You need to be quick on your feet (literally and metaphorically) and have a polite and friendly attitude, with a keen ability to make guest offerings or up-sells based on the product and customer. If you enjoy talking to people and thrive in a fast-paced workplace, we’d like to meet you. Your ultimate goal will be to provide high-quality service that will help us maintain and attract customers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Juice line and fruit bowl set up
• Attend to customers from greeting to salutations
• Present samples to customers and help them select the perfect juice/product for them
• Run the register with accuracy and a smile
• Answer questions or make recommendations for products
• Collaborate with preps to ensure line is stocked at all times
• Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude

Skills

• Hands-on experience in cashier duties
• Attention to detail, cleanliness and safety
• Patience and customer-oriented approach
• Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude
• Responsible and trustworthy
• Food Handlers card required

Tips add an additional $2-4 extra an hour on average to total pay.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.85 - $14.00 per hour
