Position: Internal Corporate Recruiter Location: In-office Salary Range: $60,000 - $65,000 per year

Job Summary: As an Internal Corporate Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and acquiring top talent for our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to source, screen, and select qualified candidates for various positions across different departments. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers, HR partners, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process that aligns with our company values and goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and engage high-quality candidates for open positions within the company.
  • Conduct thorough screenings and assessments of applicants' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit through resume reviews, interviews, and reference checks.
  • Proactively source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, job requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external recruitment agencies, and educational institutions to enhance candidate sourcing and talent pipelines.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and other recruitment-related activities, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and recruitment best practices to enhance the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts.
  • Prepare and present regular reports and metrics on recruitment activities, candidate pipeline, and time-to-fill to HR and management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven work experience as an internal recruiter or corporate recruiter, preferably within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Solid understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment.
  • Familiarity with various recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and online platforms for candidate sourcing.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Demonstrated commitment to maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
  • Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.

We offer a competitive salary package within the range of $60,000 to $65,000 per year, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
