We’re looking for experienced Electricians to support technical operations at our pork plant in Windom MN. Wondering if you’re qualified? Typically, we’re looking for a combination of the following in a candidate:

- Formal trades training

- Reasonable experience in an industrial setting

- Knowledge about preventative maintenance practices

- “Journeyman-like” skill set

- Familiarity with computer-based interfaces and hardware

- Eagerness to work safe, anticipate repairs, and troubleshoot emergent issues

- Passion for a job well done
