Job Description:

The custodian is responsible for keeping up with daily clean tasks and maintaining a productive environment. The custodian will be required to do cleaning tasks within the lab and warehouse which includes, but are not limited to: cleaning dishes, bathroom maintenance, sweeping/mopping, taking trash for teams, keeping supplies stocked, assisting with various projects, able to run errands. There are multiple offices and buildings that must be maintained. Must be self-motivated and flexible.

Required Skills:

• Marijuana Employee License (Colorado Department of Revenue website has full details on getting your license). Attach a copy (photo) of your license to your resume.
• Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time
• Ability to follow direction
• Ability to work in a high paced constantly changing environment
• Currently have a Colorado Marijuana Employee Badge
• Capable of lifting and moving heavy objects and equipment (50-70 LBS)
• Ability to work in a team setting
• Positive attitude and good demeanor

• Working vehicle
• Valid driver’s license
