Janitor Job at Technica LLC
COVID-19: As a Federal Contractor Technica LLC and it's employees are required to adhere to all government agency guidelines as it applies to COVID-19 vaccination, wearing face masks and social distancing (disability and religious belief exemptions available)
Duties involve a combination of the following:
- Cleans and keeps in an orderly condition, working areas and washrooms, or premises of an office or other establishment.
- Sweeping, mopping or scrubbing, and polishing of floors; removing chips, trash and other refuse; dusting equipment, furniture, or fixtures; polishing metal fixtures or trimmings; providing supplies and minor maintenance service; and cleaning lavatories, showers, and restrooms.
- Must be able to read and follow cleaning supply instructions/restrictions.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs.
Job Qualifications
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED) equivalent is required.
- Must be able to follow verbal instructions, be able to read, write and understand English. Candidate must be a US or Naturalized Citizen.
- Must be able to pass a back ground investigation and drug /physicals exam.
