IT Technician

What you’ll need:

• Experience with Windows 7 - 10
• Experience with Windows Server 2012 - 2019
• Efficient in Microsoft Office365
• VMWare
• Cisco devices implantation and troubleshooting
• Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, RDP
• Network cabling
• Client-based VPN installation and troubleshooting
• Anti-virus installation & troubleshooting
• Experience and ability to fix hardware issues of laptops & printers

COMPANY PROVIDES ADDITIONAL TRAINING!

What you’ll be doing:

• Responsible for the support and maintenance of existing infrastructure: computer, network, and application systems. Supports troubleshooting and diagnosing computer hardware and software issues.
• Basic problem solving and assistance on various software applications and hardware systems for end users including mobile scanners.
• Provide needed support for corporate cell phones and desk phones.
• Provide individual instruction and/or training to users.
• Performs routine technical assistance and maintenance duties.
• Maintains and updates HelpDesk ticketing system; may document projects and maintain user instructions.
• Maintain system tape backups.
• and various other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• 8 hour shift

Experience:

• Help desk: 2 years (Preferred)
• Windows: 2 years (Preferred)
