SUMMARY
Trachte Building Systems, Inc., located in Sun Prairie Wisconsin, has an immediate opportunity for IT Systems Support Analyst. Reporting to the Information Technology Manager, this position will provide support to internal clients to resolve software and hardware related issues, and support the ERP and CRM systems.
- Provides support for company’s document archiving system.
- Provides support for all software applications.
- Assists with minor programming.
- Creates and modifies reports.
- Plans and supports software upgrades.
- Researches, procures, installs, and configures software applications, add-ons and customizations.
- Works with project teams to help implement internal systems and processes.
- Setting up and install new computers, printers and scanners.
- Provides training for new or changing software and hardware as needed.
- Provide backup of Systems Manager and Network Administrator in their absence.
- Recommend new software and hardware for departments within the company.
- Research and monitor emerging technologies and applications.
- Other tasks and opportunities may be assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
The position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems or an Associate Degree in Information Technology with 3 to 5 years’ experience in a software support helpdesk environment. Prior experience with MS platforms supporting Dynamics Business Central ERP, and Dynamic CRM is preferred.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Proficient use of Microsoft Office products required. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents in English. Ability to respond to inquiries or complaints from vendors and teammates at every level in the organization in a professional manner. Ability to effectively collect and present information to teammates at every level in the organization.
