We have an immediate opening for a full-time entry level Information Technology Support Specialist based out of our Marshalltown Clinic.
This position is a part of the IT team and will be responsible for providing user support for first level problem determination, incident reporting and problem resolution or escalation. The candidate should have experience with PCs, printers, network hardware and troubleshooting network and device problems. Strong communication skills, problem solving skills and the ability to independently diagnose problems are required. The candidate should have an Associates degree in Information Technology, or related field, and two years of relevant experience. This position will report to our IT Director.
Successful candidates will be self-motivated, energetic and professional with strong organizational and communication skills. Some day-time travel will be required.
