Come join Fox Pest Control as an IT Support Specialist (Level II)! You will maintain all of Fox Pest Control's hardware and software of information technology systems through face-to-face, phone, and ticket system communications. This position is Monday through Friday between the hours of 6:00 AM and 7:00 PM, and the occasional Saturday will be required (on-call or in-office basis), with eligibility to work some remote days after a three-month probationary period.

A day in the Life of an IT Support Specialist II

  • Point of escalation from Tier 1 IT Support Specialists

  • Lead and train new IT team members

  • Communicate with employees and customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services that meet their needs

  • Troubleshoot technology problems with client groups to ensure satisfaction and operation of technology

  • Complete daily tasks such as completing IT tickets

  • Collaborate on challenging projects to support the growth of Fox

  • Establish and maintain positive customer/coworker relationships

  • Support various sites, applications, and software used by Fox team members

What is Needed to be Successful?

  • High School/GED or better (required)

  • Minimum 1 year of IT helpdesk experience (required)

  • CompTIA A+ Certification (required or able to obtain within first 6 months)

  • Experience in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (preferred)

  • Apple Certified Support Professional (preferred)

  • Understanding of basic troubleshooting theory

  • Understanding of computer hardware and software

  • Great communication skills both written and verbal

  • Own a Smartphone

  • Self-driven with a good attitude

  • Authorized to work in the United States
