Requirements:

• Safety Minded and familiar with working in a VPP environment.
• Demonstrated work in manufacturing information technology field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required
• Able to work without supervision, detail oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Cardinal IG Tomah IT Department operates in a 5 x 24 / 2 x 12 environment in order to meet customer needs on an ongoing basis. The individual will be on call at all times for emergency situations.
• Demonstrated working understanding of all the following:
  • TCP/IP and network topology regarding VLAN, PoE, in a Class A network.
  • SQL query writing and diagnosis
  • Able to be certified for aerial lifts
  • CNCI capable, yet certification not required
  • RSSQL understanding, troubleshooting and administration
  • Microsoft server administration
  • Google Admin knowledge and understanding.
  • AD administration
  • DHCP and NPS troubleshooting administration
  • MS-DOS understanding highly preferred
  • MS O365 full suite set up an administration
  • Operational understanding of SCCM
  • Working understanding of MFA and VPN setup and troubleshooting
  • Working understanding of 802.11 protocols and interactions to reduce SNR as warranted.
  • Knowledge of Q-SYS programming and Gold Certification Highly preferred
  • Knowledge of AppSpace implementation and operation
  • Knowledge of Brightsign implementation and operation
