IT Support Specialist Job at All States Ag Parts
Due to All States Ag Parts recent expansion and rapid growth locally, ASAP is looking to fill a IT support position in a high energy environment.
Location: De Soto, IA
What will I do?
- Provide exceptional customer service in person, via phone and email as appropriate
- Educate all employees on common hardware and software application
- Resolve appropriate service requests including troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Resolve process service tickets by redirecting end users to existing process documentation
**What’s required from me?*
- PREFERRED: Highschool diploma or equivalent
- Zero to Two years of experience working in a support role assisting remote users
- Basic knowledge of modern computer hardware and cloud systems.
- Good communication skills; capable of being easily understood remotely via phone and email by those without technical knowledge
