We are seeking a hands-on, results-driven, entrepreneurial IT Manager to oversee our IT support systems and hardware. The successful candidate will have proven success managing all technology support aspects of a small/mid-size manufacturing business, including our ERP, LAN, engineering system support and management of help desk. Duties of the IT Manager will include driving business process changes within the ERP system, working with functional managers to ensure their systems support the ongoing growth of SEM. The position will manage both internal and external support groups ensuring world class customer service, hiring new employees, identifying system opportunities, and monitoring overall system activities and performance.

- Full ownership and accountability for information technology systems including project lead for ERP system, help-desk operations and IT technology needs of various functional areas.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction, both internal and external through high quality products, responsive customer service and financial support.
- Coordination of development and implementation of key performance goals. Communication of strategy and business results.
- Hiring and development of resources.
- Evaluate and determine key investments in equipment and talent.
- Report key results to VP of Operations
It Manager Requirements & Skills 3
- A bachelor's degree in a technology-related field
- At least two years of experience
- Computer hardware and software systems and programs
- Computer networks, network administration, and network installation

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
