Zurich North America is looking for an IT Service Delivery Associate to join our Schaumburg, IL team. In this role, you will provide access support to various stakeholders across the organization. Ensure alignment with Zurich’s technology standards. Supports the implementation of policies, standards and governance, the deployment and integration of operational IT services and solutions, and service management standards, and is aligned with operational process and policy compliance.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• You will work with IT and any respective BU to provide new access or adjust system access.
• In the role, you must be process oriented and pay close attention to detail.
• Transactional queue management of provisioning requests
• Operates on a daily basis to ensure the delivery of a consistent level of service provision to different customers around the world
• Develop an understanding of IT technologies and landscape (hardware, telecommunications platforms, networks, mainframe,
  midrange, security, etc).

Required:

• 
  Associate Degree and 3 or more years of experience in the Systems Administration area
  OR
• High School Diploma or Equivalent and 5 or more years of experience in the Systems Administration area
  OR
• Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree and 3 or more years of experience in the Systems Administration area
  AND
• Knowledge of insurance agency operations, insurance agency accounting, commissions, licensing and contracting

Preferred:

• 
  Ability to multi- task
• Entry level understanding of IT infrastructure and user access rights
• Experience in a role that emphasizes end user experience
• Clear communication skills
