simplehuman is seeking an Information Technology Coordinator to join its IT team. This is an entry/mid level IT role that will work closely with the Dir of IT in helping to coordinate all projects that involve our business systems and technology. This is an ideal role for someone who would like to start their IT career and experience a wide variety of systems and technology projects, including implementation and trouble-shooting.

Main Responsibilities:

• Implement strategies that deliver projects on schedule and within budget
• Organize meetings to discuss project goals and progress
• Support general IT functions and tasks
• Maintain project timeframes, goals, budget estimates and status reports
• Manage resources for projects, such as computer equipment and employees
• Coordinating project team members and developing schedules and individual responsibilities

This role requires strong communication skills and project management experience. This is a full-time position based in our Torrance, CA office. This is NOT a remote position.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Great written and verbal communication
• Highly organized, critical thinker, problem solver, multi-tasker
• 1-2 years of experience
