This role reports to IT and will help project teams deliver against their technology roadmaps. Those projects will often be technology focused, but proper adoption is our ultimate measure of success. Experience in Oil & Gas or Retail is not necessary, but an interest in enabling Retail, Fuel, Home Heating and Corporate functions is.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a strong understanding of business processes and systems, create new ways for technology to better enable desired outcomes.
• Analyze and translate business requirements into technical specifications, testing and success criteria.
• Develop and document new processes and through collaboration with engineers implement new solutions.
• Acts as a change agent to integrate BA & PM best practices into our daily activities.
• Participate and when needed lead requirements gathering, solution design or product RFI/RFP and selections activities.
• Participate in the daily support and transition to support of new solutions and projects.
• Understanding of common technology environments, including client/server applications, databases, pc hardware and software.

Formal Education & Certification

• Required: bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Certifications in one or more of the following disciplines desired: Business Analysis, Application or Infrastructure Design, Development, Administration or Support, ITIL, Six Sigma, Project Management.
