INVESTOR RELATIONS ASSOCIATE

Time Equities Inc. (TEI), an international full-service real estate investment firm is looking for an Investor Relations Associate to join its Equity Division. The Investor Relations function is vital to TEI. The company sponsors private investment opportunities to an extensive network of broker-dealers, and investment advisors and maintains an investor base of over 3,000 accredited individuals nationwide.

This role is primarily a fund administration and investor servicing position. The new hire will be assisting and interfacing with broker-dealers, investment advisors, and existing investors, regarding their daily/weekly requests and helping to maintain accurate records and customer service. The role will also be supporting the fundraising effort for Time Equities’ private real estate funds and 1031 exchange offerings. This position will interface with our third-party fund administrator to serve as an internal resource to investors and work directly alongside the TEI capital raising, tax, accounting, asset management, legal and acquisition teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Interfacing with third-party fund administrator to process new investment subscriptions and assist with ongoing investor account maintenance and reporting.
• Responding to broker-dealers, advisors, third-party custodian, and investor-related inquiries.
• Assisting TEI’s marketing and sales teams to maintain internal CRM and develop both capital raising and investor e-marketing campaigns.
• Assisting in guiding the development of new investor portal and database.
• Keeping investor database accurate and assisting in department P&L and sales commission reconciliations.
• Reviewing and maintaining distribution, and tax reporting schedules, and ensuring investor statements are accurate and complete.

REQUIREMENTS

• In office position
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Strong reading comprehension skills and ability to summarize/distill complex information
• Intellectual understanding as it relates to underlying real estate investments.
• Proactive, independent self-starter who takes initiative with positive energy
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Resourcefulness, strong organization skills, and desire to take charge
• Series 22 and 63 Securities licenses are encouraged. TEI will financially support and sponsor
