KTMC seeks an Investor Specialist for the Radnor, PA office.
- Understand data entry and the functions of the Firm’s proprietary database for entering client financial investment information.
- Understand data entry and the functions of the Firm’s proprietary CRM system.
- Perform searches and analysis using Qlik.
- Assist with responding to phone and email inquiries from shareholders and prospective class action participants.
- Assist with marketing efforts and serve as back-up for certain functions.
- Monitor and perform quality control checks of data entered into the Firm’s proprietary database for entering client financial investment information.
- Perform discrete research tasks.
- Complete other special projects, as assigned.
Qualifications
- Education Requirements: High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2-4 years of experience is preferred
- Microsoft Office, specifically strong Excel skills
- Attention to detail is a must
- Experience using databases is a plus
- Positive attitude
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
