S. Katzman Produce, a leading produce wholesaler/distributor based in NYC, is seeking an Inventory Reconciliation Supervisor to join our growing team. The Inventory Reconciliation Supervisor will report into the Head Foreman, and will be responsible for overseeing the reconciling process, evaluating the results and delegating work to their direct reports. They are responsible for identifying trends and issues and collaborating with the Head Foreman on process improvement ideas.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Work with the inventory reconciliation team to identify and document discrepancies
- Prioritize department workload and delegate accordingly
- Manage the performance of direct reports, including recognizing, coaching, providing meaningful feedback, and writing and delivering performance reviews
- Identify root causes and collaborate with Head Foreman to improve processes
This role is a full-time in-person position with a pay range of $26-28 am hour.
