Inventory Data Entry Coordinator Job at The Webster US LLC
Position Summary
The Inventory Data Entry Coordinator will be assisting in the creation of items system based on brand information provided by our vendors, analyze, and monitor all data entry to ensure the most accurate and update to date information in our system, and assist with the allocation of product. The main responsibility will be analyzing and entering information in the system to ensure product(s) are processed in timely manner correctly and making sure all product is allocated correctly across the network for our retail department. A successful candidate is analytical, tech savvy, and proficient in excel
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Enter data points following guidelines and specific branding structures
- Retrieve and transfer data from databases and electronic files as needed
- Upload data into ERP system
- Create and manage excel spreadsheets
- Verify & Audit data points, identifying contrasting differences in the system and documents
- Assist with identifying and quantifying data accuracy
- Assist with retail allocation and enhance current tools for existing process
Experience & Competencies
- High School Diploma or GED
- College degree or comparable work experience
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Proficient with Excel (Knowledge of VLookUp & Pivot Tables required)
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and organization skills.
- Adheres to professionalism and proper email etiquette
- Ability to work independently and with key cross-functional teams
- Identify problems or irregularities for early resolution
- Work effectively in a general business environment, with a focus on high levels of quality
- Computer Proficiency
