The annual gross base salary range is $65,000-$75,000. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.

How you’ll contribute to deliver distinctive retail solutions

For this role you’ll be responsible for the daily inventory control operations that includes leading a team of up to 8 employees who are responsible for completing accurate cycle counts, analyzing its results, ensuring inventory is in its proper locations, and inputting count data into the proper systems. You will be overseeing and aiding count audits and solving inventory issues or discrepancies thru analysis. Approve Cycle count adjustments based on set dollar threshold and explain the reasons for adjustment. The explanation needs to be based on amount of credit or expense and provide backup and correction plan for adjustment. You will be responsible for utilizing and training team members to use counting tools and scales. You will also be responsible to make sure our warehouse is a safe place to work by creating, implementing, and monitoring safety protocols. You will use your people leadership skills to drive a continuous improvement mindset while coaching and developing the members of your team in both Inventory Controls and Analysis. Your desire for achievement will be used to monitor KPIs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis and make recommendations to elevate your team to the next level of performance. You will need to have outstanding communication skills and high expectations for quality and accuracy. You will need strong analytical skills in inventory and its movements, with good use of Microsoft Excel.

For this position you must be able to adhere to all company policies, guidelines, and safety requirements. You will have had a minimum of 2 years inventory control experience and minimum of 2 years supervisory experience. You will be comfortable operating in multiple software systems and doing inventory movement analysis. Most have some knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and using data to track inventory. You must be able to lift at least 50 pounds throughout the course of the day and be able to regularly stand, bend, reach, climb, move around the warehouse and be able to work sometimes work in high and/or cramped places. You will have experience in operating a forklift.
