Job Responsibilities:
- Perform cycle count and inventory management
- Quality check data entry to ensure proper formats
- Ability to problem solve and report errors or problems as needed
- Provide support for new account setup and deployment
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Work in partnership with the operations team to achieve company-wide strategic objectives
- Be customer service focused
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to operate an order picker up to 20 feet high
- Self starting and able to operate unsupervised
- Strong networking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to regularly work flexible and extended hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
- Ability to routinely stand, walk, and lift product up to 50 pounds
