As part of Retail Warehouse, under the direction of the Senior Manager – Inventory, the Inventory Associate is responsible for maintaining warehouse standards: receiving and checking in retail inventory, maintaining accurate inventory counts, including assisting with physical inventory counts, and preparing retail product for Brewers Team Store locations throughout the stadium.
Core duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Receive shipments from vendors and verify the accuracy of package contents
- Report any manifest discrepancies to Senior Manager-Inventory
- Stocks product to assigned warehouse location utilizing retail point-of-sale system
- Pull and transfer product from warehouse location and prepare for the sales floor
- Transport product to and from retail locations throughout the stadium in an efficient and timely manner
- Follows guidelines as it is related to defective merchandise
- Supports warehouse initiatives such as fulfilling and shipping customer orders
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of warehouse and inventory
- Assist in conducting physical inventory throughout the calendar year
The ideal candidate will have prior warehouse experience, and a high school diploma or GED is required. Candidates are required to have:
- Ability to work well individually and with a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of MS Excel and retail POS/Inventory systems
Work Hours
This is a year-round, part-time position. Hours are determined by business needs. During the off season this position requires early morning availability (shifts can start as early as 7am), however additional hours/times may be required including weekends. In-season shifts will be determined by the game schedule and will include days, nights, weekends and holidays.
