Integrations Specialist Job at A First Name Basis
We are looking for a qualified Accounts Payable Clerk to work directly with the CFO of a large Home Care Company to process vendor invoices in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner. The company is growing quickly through organic growth as well as through acquisitions. This will be a role that the right candidate will be able to grow within the Finance team as the organization grows. Position Duties:
- Compile and organize vendor invoices received via traditional mail, the accounts payable inbox, and online portals
- Record vendor invoices in the accounting system, including posting to the proper expense account, office location, and reporting period
- Initiate and process vendor payments via online portals as instructed by the Chief Financial Officer and in compliance with policies and procedures
- Communicate with vendors to address company- and vendor-initiated inquiries
- Perform ad hoc reporting and other duties as required
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in home care, health care, or senior-related industry preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Experience with financial accounting software (Quickbooks preferred)
- Multi-location experience preferred
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong mathematical and research skills
- Time management, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to accurately and efficiently analyze data
- Ability to work in a fast paced, multi-task environment with competing priorities
Schedule:
- 8 hour shifts
- Monday to Friday
