Program Manager – Systems Integrations

Duration: Fulltime

Location: Miami, FL(on-Site)

Job Description

As the Integrations Program Manager you will work collaboratively across many functions (including Engineering, Sales, Operations, Legal, Finance and HR, and the executive team) to lead the integration existing and potential acquisition targets.

You will have prior direct experience in post M&A systems integrations leading integration plans, governance, training, communication, E2E testing, integrated cutover plan, and day to day oversight.

The role requires coordination of large cross-functional teams to achieve important corporate objectives. You must have the ability to lead through influence and successfully engage at both the executive and individual contributor levels within the company. With an air of humility, you bring strategic thinking, strong quantitative skills, and sound business judgment, along with the ability to advance the company's objectives at the strategic level whilst driving consistent execution at the tactical level.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical field, such as computer science, engineering, or related field is required.
• 10+ years of enterprise level project management experience is preferred or equivalent experience
• A candidate must have hands-on experience working with Jira, Teams, Smartsheets/MS Project, SharePoint, MS Office
• A candidate must have experience managing multiple small to large concurrent projects or equivalent experience.
• A candidate must have knowledge in Salesforce, Netsuite, and associated integrations
• A candidate must have exceptional time management, meeting facilitation, and communication skills, as well as experience presenting to large audiences.
• Experience managing projects across multiple lines of business in separate geographical locations

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and manages merger & acquisition integration planning and execution across multiple workstreams
• Organize efforts across a cross-functional group of managers, applying communication, process, and technology to ensure the execution of an orderly and timely effort
• Document communication plans, change management process, escalation paths, and reporting procedures
• Review and manage all change requests according to the corporate change management and project processes
• Rapid problem-solving skills and ability to quickly prioritize
• Lead and organize discovery sessions with business leaders
• Facilitate weekly/bi-weekly/monthly or as needed cross-functional integration management meetings and executive meetings
• Manage and monitor integration work plans using technology products including Smartsheet, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams
• Ensure tasks or stories for impacted teams are completed in accordance to timelines, deliverables, and dependencies
• Lead and guide the division on requirements and deliverables, as well as, complete critical month 1 system integrations
• Post go-live acquisition monitoring to ensure data quality
• Other duties as assigned
