• At Fiesta Auto Insurance, no previous experience is required. We provide paid training you will need to enhance your sales and customer service skills. Fiesta Auto Insurance & Tax Services will provide paid training for Insurance, DMV & Taxes! We provide all the necessary tools to help you acquire your license within your first 90 days.

Job Description:

• Establishing and maintaining customer relationships.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments,market appropriate products and services
• Identify and educate customers on their insurance needs
• Respond to customer policy inquiries and changes. Provide quality customer service.
• Follow up with prospects
• Maintain a strong work ethic

About You:

• The ideal Sales Representative candidate will possess a genuine willingness to learn and be coachable.
• Be a great self starter with a sense of urgency.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have the ability to multi-task
• Confident, self starter who has the ability to work independently and as a team player.
• Possess a positive, enthusiastic and upbeat attitude.
• Well organized, analytical, and resourceful
• Must be able to meet sales goals
• Professional phone etiquette
• Preferred fluent in English and Spanish speaker.
• Candidate must be willing to obtain a Personal Lines Insurance License. We will PAY you to study and help you obtain your license!
