Salary Range: $35000.00 - $50000.00 per year

- Normal business hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Responsibilities
- Create quotes, shop renewals, and cross sell.
- Educate and advise clients.
- Issue insurance documentation, assist with payments and policy changes.
- Answer client questions, problem solve, and follow up.
Requirements
- Property & Casualty License preferred, Licensing assistance available.
- 3+ years of Insurance Customer Service experience preferred.
- Strong computer and technical skills, including Agency Management software proficiency.
- Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
