Objective

Our Benefits Department is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to approach prospects for group benefit plans.

Responsibilities

1. Utilize CRM for scheduling, developing prospective and documenting all sales-related activities

2. Meet all marketing expectations, expand customer base in territories

3. Generate proposals and advise clients on the benefits that best suit their needs (eg. medical, dental, vision)

4. Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of company products and services (all-in-one solution)

Qualifications

1. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in health insurance field

2. Active license in Life, Health, and Accident insurance

3. Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English

4. Proficient in computer skills – MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat

5. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact within the company and assigned accounts

6. Strong analytical, negotiating, problem-solving, and presentation skills to effectively facilitate resolutions

Salary & Benefits

· Starting $4,500 ~ $5,800/month depend on experience and location, will raise if pass probation
