Job Description: Do you have or willing to get your insurance licenses and looking to work from home? We have a fun job opportunity to someone who has insurance sales experience and a desire to be home with their family. We are currently hiring someone who can offer solutions to potential prospects offering risk management products. As a part of the team you will have access to exclusive insurance leads. We work with major national carriers like, Nationwide, Travelers and Liberty Mutual.
Responsibilities: Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Work with the leadership team to establish and meet personal goals. Obtain the proper state licensing to produce Property & Casualty policies prior to employment.
Skills
- Proven ability to close exclusive insurance leads
- Track record of over-achieving sales goals
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school degree
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $2,500.00 - $8,000.00 per month
