*Job Description:*
Insulating hull board, walls, pipe on tanks, rooms, and another boat’s areas including equipment or mechanical systems for cold or hot process, and/or provide noise control and fire protection.
* Marine Insulator Job Qualifications:*
- Measure and cut insulation for covering surfaces, using tape measures, handsaws, knives, and scissors
- Remove or seal off old insulation, following safety procedures.
- Fit insulation around obstructions, and shape insulating materials and protective coverings as required.
- Determine the amounts and types of insulation needed, and methods of installation.
- Install sheet metal around insulated pipes with screws in order to protect the insulation from weather conditions or physical damage.
- Apply, remove, and repair insulation, thermal and fire.
- Working with tools and machinery used in the trade.
* Marine Insulator Job Details:*
Location: Marinette, WI
Hours: Minimum 50 hours/week.
*Must have Birth Certificate*
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Marinette, WI: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
