The Inside Sales Representative is a sales-oriented, specialized position within the Customer Facing Team. In this role you will be involved in identifying leads, closing opportunities and taking ownership of the sales process. This position requires clear communication and coordination with both internal departments and customers to help increase company revenue.

THE POSITION:

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will:

  • Work in a team-based environment to support our customers
  • Utilize various analysis techniques to identify growth opportunities in existing customers that will facilitate brand expansion
  • Conduct research to identify new companies in specific markets/industries.
  • Generate Internal Leads
  • Vet incoming leads and assess sales potential.
  • Create and own opportunities from converted leads.
  • Build and maintain a sales funnel.
  • Evaluate leads by potential, and coordinate with a Harvey Performance employees.
  • Select customers directly, to offer product knowledge, demonstrate cost savings and improve shop efficiencies
  • Conduct customer outreach using Harvey Performance Value Selling Process
  • Utilize Salesforce to reflect your efforts, success, and losses
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Follow up regularly to engage customer and progress opportunities.

WHAT YOU CAN BRING:

  • Proven experience in customer outreach and engagement.
  • Demonstrate analysis and presentation skills.
  • Creativity to identify industry-specific sales leads and follow through to generate opportunities
  • Drive to attain quarterly goals for lead generation and individual sales
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple internal departments with the common goal of improving the customer experience.
  • A team-oriented mentality.
