As an Inside Sales member, you will nurture online inquiries for buyers and sellers and you can work from home after training.
FOLLOW-UP IS KEY:
- Outbound calling
- Inbound inquiries
- Nurture relationships
- Talk to buyers and sellers
- Utilize technology
- Set 2 appointments per day and multiple nurtures
The ideal person loves to win on the phone, has an ability for building rapport quickly, and can nurture a relationship over months until ready to meet. This person is also driven by results and has a high capacity for patience as the higher pay will take longer to receive. This person is self-motivated as this job is remote. A real Estate License is not required.
**Monthly base plus bonus
Compensation:$45,000+
Responsibilities:- Prospect for new business and follow up with leads in your pipeline
- Manage a large team database
- Primary duties include outbound calling, e-mail communication, text, coordination, and scheduling of real estate buying and selling opportunities
- Set tasks and complete
- Use the company CRM
- Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections
- Qualify leads to accurately conveying motivation
- Update leads platforms
- Self-motivated and self-managed
- Loves "teeing up" the sale
- Easily connects over the phone
- Loves the close
- Sets quality appointments
- Handles rejection well
- Understanding/learning new programs
