The CALPIA Poultry Processing program is designed to meet California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) institutional needs statewide needs. The Industrial Supervisor, Prison Industry (Poultry) will train incarcerated individuals with the necessary knowledge and skill level needed to meet the highest possible standards for CDCR.

The PIA is looking to fill an Industrial Supervisor, Prison Industry (Poultry) position at Avenal State Prison. The Industrial Supervisor is responsible for working inside a prison directly with incarcerated individuals instructing, leading, and providing Instruction to assist with Poultry Processing.
