Automation Personnel Services is looking for a hard-working Industrial Painter for a company based in Columbus, Mississippi. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for painting a variety of metal surfaces, objects, or structures.

Pay Rate
$14.00 per hour

Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 7 00 am to 4 00 pm.

Industrial Painter Duties and Responsibilities

• Select appropriate coatings and paints or prepares them by mixing substances according to formulas
• Weigh or measure chemicals, coatings, or paints before applying them
• Determine coating quality by performing visual inspections
• Record operational data such as ambient temperature, relative humidity, and dew point
• Assists in maintenance and housekeeping of facility and equipment

Industrial Painter Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience with an aerosol paint machine is required
• Ability to use hand tools, small power tools, test equipment and ability to learn
• Knowledge of arithmetic and its applications
