SPECIFIC DUTIES:

Duties will include but are not limited to performing preventative maintenance, machine repair, machine design improvements, buidling and grounds maintenance, SDR, die repair, and industrial machine trouble shooting.

QUALIFICATIONS(Education, Work Experience, Etc.):

Minimum [Must have to be considered for the position]:

High School Diploma;

Minimum of 5 years on the job application in skilled trade;

Knowledge of advanced electricity;

Advanced ability to understand and troubleshoot PLC based systems;

Knowledge and understanding of integrated control circuit systems;

Knowledge of 220 and 480 volt distribution and insulation;

Advanced knowledge of pneumatic controls and systems;

Advanced Knowledge of hydraulic controls and systems;

DC, AC, motor controls and servo drive installation and troubleshooting experience;

General computer experience;

Advanced mechanical and electrical blue print reading and developing the training;

Ability to utilize OEM documentation to repair equipment (prints and instructions);

Advanced knowledge of electrical controls and electronics

Training for the national electrical code;

Basic machining skills;

Knowledge of tooling (dies and molds);

Conduit bending;

Ability to provide advanced mechanical and electrical support;

Ability to fill out machine work requests completely and accurately;

Minimum (continued):

Ability to research, select and make recommendations for mechanical and electrical compenent repairs;

Advanced understanding of hydraulic and systems;

Knowledge of plant work/safety rules.

Desired [Will provide job holder with added skill(s) to perform duties]:

Advanced knowledge of PLCs;

5 years experience in electrical repair; (up to 4 years of experience can be substituted by school)

Advanced machining skills.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times;
• Must be able to access and navigate all areas of the facilities;
• Must be able to access all parts of the company equipment;
• Occasionally ascends/descends on ladders;
• Environmental conditions include noisy environments with occasional varying temperature.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 - $29.00 per hour
